For the base:

-75gr macadamia nuts

-75gr shortbread

-75gr butter

For the raspberry filling:

-150gr raspberries

-1 tablespoon lime juice

-30gr sugar

-100gr cream

-100gr mascarpone

-75gr cream cheese

-1 bag of gelatin

For the white chocolate cream filling:

-75gr white chocolate

-100gr cream

-150gr mascarpone

-100gr cream cheese

-one vanilla pod

-1 bag of gelatin

Start with roasting your macadamia nuts in a pan before you chop them up in little pieces.

for the boysenberry compote:

-300g boysenberries

-some ground cardamon

-1 cinammon stick

-50g sugar

-5 tablespoons water

-2 tablespoons starch

for the boysenberry cream topping:

-250g cream

-1 packet vanilla sugar

-250g cream cheese

-30g icing sugar

-5 tablespoons of compote

-250g boysenberries

(makes 8)

-6 oreo cookies

-175 g cream cheese

-one tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice

-one pod of vanilla

-80 g icing sugar

-120 ml milk

-120 ml cream

-130 grams strawberries or blueberries

Scrape off the inside cream of each oreo cookie and put in a bowl.
