healthy very berry porridge recipe without milk and sugar // kick start your day right

As you may know, my new diet consists of leaving out sugar, all things dairy and instead opting for healthy food that boosts my immune system and keeps me fit! To kick start my day just right, I opt for a healthy, gluten free porridge. Now some of you may think that healthy means flavourless…this could not be further from the truth. If you want to try it out for yourself, here comes my daily breakfast recipe that is oh-so-delicious and really good for you.

You need:

-gluten free oats

-a pinch of cinnamon 

-some honey if you wish

-one ripe banana

-a handful of raspberries

Now, pour the oats in a small pot and add some hot water. Bring to the boil, lower the heat and add some cinnamon and honey to your liking. Keep stirring. After one minute, pour your porridge in a bowl, cut your banana into the bowl and top it off with some berries. There you have a very berry yummylicious breaky! Easy, right?!
