#ootd // how to wear a skirt in fall
Watch out, here it comes, another blogpost on skirts! Heading into autumn full throttle, I just can’t help it: Instead of wearing skinnies and denims, how about we all get out our midis? I mean, pants are easy to wear and really are the lazy option but skirts bring up your style a notch in no time.
I have a current crush on this Baum & Pferdgarten skirt from the Danish brand’s autumn/winter 2015 collection. Not only is the material heavy and warm but the flower print works a real statement. With a print piece as such, leave out the big jewellery and instead keep the rest of your look simple. I opted for this camel coloured cashmere knit, which I tucked into the skirt ( I have this thing for tucking in knits, it generally looks more chic, especially in combination with a heavy midi skirt. Show off your waist, I mean, you don’t want your autumn wear to look like some kind of blanket style (unless you are opting for such that is).
Now, I grabbed my Attilio Giusti Leombruni boots & Viu sunnies and there it is, my idea of how to wear a skirt in fall. If you are keen on fall looks including knits and midi skirt, feel free to take a look at my selection below. Happy autumn, monkeys! xx conny.
