#ootd // how to wear your summer dress in autumn
Although the leaves are turning yellow and the days are getting colder, you may not be quite ready to say good bye to your summer dresses as yet. And to be honest, you don’t have to either! With degrees hitting around 20°C this week, autumn is giving us an early break from cold temperatures. Time to get those dresses out and worn again! Slip into your favourite piece but try to make sure of the following: 1.) add a warm blazer and 2.) invest in a very good pair of boots before you head out and fully enjoy those autumn days. By the way, don’t you think that staying warm doesn’t always have to mean covering your legs?! As long as your upper body is stylishly wrapped up and your feet are warm, there is no need to worry you may catch a cold.
I got this beautiful bird-print dress by Oasis in summer and can’t stop wearing it. Paired with my woolen blazer and booties, this look makes for the perfect pre-autumn combination.
