Healthy Banana, Peach and Gojiberry-Smoothie

As you may know from my Instagram account @stylethemonkey – every good day starts with a smoothie! You could say I am a smoothie addict. To get variety into my healthy morning routine, I experiment with a variety of fruit and super foods. Today I have opted for a sweet but super healthy banana, peach and gojiberry-smoothie!

Superfoods included in this smoothie are:

Linseed, which is rich in Omega-3 and fibre and also carries antioxidant qualities. Linseed isn’t the most tasty of superfoods BUT here is the good news: you can barely taste it in your smoothie, so just go chuck it in! As for the maca: This sweet powder is just great for everything. It will make your skin look fresh, supply your body with energy for the day and brighten up your mood.

Here comes my recipe to kickstart your day just right!

Super healthy Banana, Peach and Gojiberry-Smoothie

You will need:

1 banana

2 peaches

1 handfull of gojiberries

1 handfull of linseeds

1 tablespoon maca powder

Now go wild and chuck everything in your blender. Give it a good mix and enjoy!
